**Important** Gauge: Rnds 1-4 of bottom = 1.75" or 4.5cm. If gauge is looser switch to smaller hook or you might run out of yarn before basket is finished.
Note: Bottom of basket and handle is worked in unjoined rounds, use a stitch marker to keep your place.

Rnd 2: 2 sc in next st, sc in next 42 sts, 2 sc in next 3 sts, sc in next 42 sts, 2 sc in next 2 sts, join with sl st in next st and fasten off, weave in ends.
Finishing: Sew handles to basket evenly, as shown in picture. Attach buttons if desired.
